myDeen Magazines ships subscription orders to addresses across Canada and to international
destinations worldwide. Shipping is provided free of charge on all subscription orders, with no
additional shipping fees applied regardless of destination.
Domestic orders within Canada typically arrive within 1-3 weeks of dispatch. International orders
typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of dispatch, with the exact timeframe depending on the
destination country and local postal handling.
Each issue is mailed directly to the address provided at the time of subscription. Subscribers are
responsible for ensuring their mailing address is accurate and current, as undeliverable issues
are handled in accordance with the Return Policy below.
Return Policy
myDeen Magazines are sold as subscriptions rather than individually purchased retail goods, so
our return process is handled differently from a standard product return.
Magazines Returned to Our Office
On occasion, an issue may be returned to our office instead of reaching the subscriber, often
due to an incomplete or outdated mailing address. When this happens, our team contacts the
customer directly to confirm the correct details, and the matter is resolved on a case-by-case
basis depending on the circumstances.
Incorrect Age-Group Magazine Received
If a subscriber receives an issue intended for a different age group than the one selected, there
is no need to return the incorrect magazine. The subscriber should contact our team within 60 days of receiving the magazine, and we will promptly send the correct age-appropriate issue at no additional cost.
Damaged Magazine Received
If a subscriber receives an issue that is damaged, there is no need to return the damaged magazine. The subscriber should contact our team within 60 days of receiving the damaged magazine, and we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
