Affiliate Program Guidelines and Conditions 

Please carefully review our guidelines. By participating in our affiliate program, you consent to the following terms: 

Commission Structure & Details 

1. 1. Affiliates will earn 20% commission on Tier-1 & 10% commission on Tier-2

3. 2. If someone purchases within 60 days of their first referred visit, the affiliate will be credited for the sale.

5. 3. Commissions are paid monthly on the 10th, typically approximately 35 days post-sale.

7. 4. A minimum of $25 is required for payment. Your affiliate account must have completed payment details.

Ineligible Sales 

1. Personal purchases through your own affiliate link do not qualify for commissions. 

1. Refunded sales are not commissionable. 

Clawbacks 

• In case of chargebacks or refunds post-payment, we may deduct the amount from your future commissions. 

Promotion Guidelines 

1. Adhere to myDeen guidelines:

• Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive a commission for promoting products. This ensures transparency and honesty with consumers. 

• Truthfulness: Affiliates must avoid making false or misleading claims about the products they promote. 

• Compliance: Endorsements must reflect honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences of the endorser. 

You’re legally required to let your audience know that your post includes affiliate links or sponsored content. 

The following methods are forbidden and may lead to termination and forfeiture of commissions: 

1. Spam or safe lists. 

1. Cash rebates for purchases via your link. 

1. Negative language such as ‘scam’ or negative reviews. 

1. Misrepresentation or non-compliance with endorsement rules. 

1. Cookie stuffing. 

1. Fraudulent credit card use. 

1. Purchase inducement for prize qualification. 

1. Promotions must include genuine reviews.

 Fair Play 

1. We may strictly monitor for fraudulent activities.
